BACORE / ENGINEERING PRACTICE
.NET Backend & Business Systems
APIs, data, integrations and applications that people can operate.
Hands-on engineering by Javier: more than 20 years in software development, with a focus on C#/.NET, backend services, distributed systems and practical delivery.
From a business requirement to working software.
I clarify the workflow, design the data and service boundaries, write the implementation and help bring the system into operation. The work can start with a new application or an existing codebase that needs a focused repair, extension or handover.
- C#/.NET services, REST APIs and integration boundaries.
- Relational data modelling with SQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Background work, messaging and orchestration with Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Linux, Nginx, Jenkins, containers and repeatable deployment workflows.
- Debugging, performance analysis and gradual modernisation of existing software.
Experience behind the work.
QikServe — Lead Programmer
Mobile and server-side development across Android, iOS and backend systems. The role connects user-facing application behavior with the services behind it. Employment listed on Javier’s professional profile: June 2011–June 2015.

Software architecture and development of a cloud-based content management system for call centers. Employment listed on Javier’s professional profile: February 2011–June 2013.
BACore & Bionic Ape — Technical leadership with implementation
Javier leads the technical work of BACore, focused on systems architecture and applied AI, and Bionic Ape, a game-development studio. Freelance work is carried out directly by Javier within the agreed scope.
Project reference: AI Video Orchestration Platform connects structured requests, AI content, speech, animation and a controlled rendering pipeline. It is a cross-system integration example; the case describes its own technologies.
How an existing application is improved.
- Understand: run the project, trace one important workflow and identify data ownership.
- Reproduce: turn the reported problem into a repeatable example.
- Implement: make a focused change that fits the existing architecture.
- Verify: check the affected workflow, error paths and regression cases.
- Deliver: document configuration, release steps, rollback and operational checks.
Architecture notes and system documentation.
These documents explain implementation approaches and review criteria for common business workflows.
- ServiceOps Platform — organizations, teams, incidents, APIs and operational history.
- Workflow Review Hub — document intake, AI extraction, human review and integration.
- SaaS Release Lab — reproduction, diagnosis, correction and release checks.
Work directly with the engineer.
